This appreciation goes to a wonderful facilitator I met during the Train The Trainer Program at National Water Supply and Drainage Board. There is so much I could say about him, but I will share just a few highlights. I truly admire the way he used his strengths to explain concepts through simple, meaningful words, synonyms, gestures, full-body movements, images, videos, and activities. He also provided us with a wealth of training materials, including books and soft copies, which were extremely helpful He clarified every point both individually and through group activities. Back in the morning, he encouraged us to recap what we had learned the previous day, helping us strengthen our memory and understanding We thoughtfully designed the entire course and were fully engaged throughout, ensuring that all of us were actively involved and that the activities were reviewed together. Everyone had clearly understood his explanations During group activities, he moved from team to team, observing our work and gently guiding us back on track whenever needed. He constantly encouraged full participation, and even those who arrived late never felt uncomfortable joining in. What a marvelous four days it was! I wish him and his team continued courage, success in every training session, and good health, so they can share their vast knowledge with all those who wish to grow, develop, and empower their skills, attitudes, knowledge, and abilities
