Trainer, Adult Learning Facilitator, Leadership Mentor, and Executive Coach equips businesses to harness leadership potential and achieve strategic goals.

I am a leadership coach, mentor, and corporate trainer with over 30 years of experience across industries like manufacturing, marketing, and organizational development. My approach combines coaching psychology, HRD, and organizational development to help individuals and teams unlock their full potential. As Sri Lanka’s first ICF ACC credentialed coach, I have trained and certified over 200 coaches, shaping the future of leadership development. I also founded the ICF Colombo Chapter and the Association of Professional Coaches in Sri Lanka, setting new standards for the coaching profession. My mission is to empower leaders to drive strategic growth and achieve lasting success.
