With a foundation in Lean & Six Sigma (Master Blackbelt) and a sharp eye for operational efficiency, he has successfully delivered over 100 high-impact projects — from reviving underperforming sectors to achieving double-digit growth.
As former CEO of Richard Pieris Tyre Company and Director at AMW and Trelleborg, Lasantha led business units through uncertainty, achieving P&L turnarounds, market expansion, and productivity gains. A Fellow of CIMA, with an MBA and a BSc in Applied Mathematics, he brings both analytical rigor and leadership maturity.
